EnergyGuard™ Ultra Polyiso Insulation
EnergyGuard Ultra Polyiso's CGF facer is moisture resistant, resistance to mold growth and is more durable than the GRF facer.
- Meets the requirements of ASTM D3273 for resistance to growth of mold.
- Offers an alternative to a paper facer; coated glass-fiber facer reduces adhesive absorption and helps to improve nail pull strength.
- Provides the highest R-value per inch compared to non-polyiso types of insulation of equivalent thickness.
- Easier cutting in the field provides the installer with simplified fabricating on the roof deck.
- Available in thicknesses ranging from 0.5" to 4.6" (12.7 mm to 116 mm).

FIRE RESISTANCE
Improved fire resistance — achieves a Class A rating over combustible decks without the use of a gypsum board or fire-rated slip sheet. When used with single-ply TPO, a total of at least 3" (76 mm) of EnergyGuard™ Ultra Polyiso Insulation is required; a Class B fire rating is also obtained when using at least a single layer of 1.5" (38.1 mm) EnergyGuard™ Ultra Polyiso Insulation. -
MOLD RESISTANT
Meets the requirements of ASTM D3273 for resistance to mold growth. -
EASY TO INSTALL
Lightweight and easy to cut in the field, making handling and installation easier and more efficient.
